• FORMULATION: Presidential Way Lubricant is a machine oil with a combination of highly refined paraffin base stock, extreme-pressure (EP) additives, friction modifiers, and corrosion inhibitors combined with a tackifier to exhibit stringiness characteristics.
• USES: Recommended for slides and ways where frictional control and or extreme pressure properties are required. Typical uses include milling machines, horizontal and vertical boring mills, planers, lathes, shapers, and other machine tools that employ slideways to control workpiece straight-line motion.
• APPLICATION: Presidential Slideway Oil 68 provides lubrication for extreme pressure protection, prevents stick-slip, and protects against corrosion. They are resistant to removal by the detergency of water-soluble and synthetic coolant environments, this resistance to emulsification allows the product to be easily skimmed off from the coolant reservoir.
