Sylvanian Families: My First Sylvanian Family - Family Kindergarten Set

Purchased the "First Sylvanian Families Set" for about 4800 yen.
Also purchased the Sylvanian Families Kindergarten and the train set for about 2600 yen.

The "First Sylvanian Families Set" is missing the ladder.
Also, my child scribbled on it, and although I erased it, some marks remain.
I've included a picture (photo ⑤) of the scribbled area, but it's difficult to see in the photo.

The Sylvanian Families Kindergarten has a broken bear figure, and comes with two rabbit figures.

There are a total of 4 figures. The large rabbit has broken feet and ears.
If you don't need them, I will dispose of them, so please let me know.
